Starter Contract
Overview

All new contracts created through the New Contract interface are stored in the Starter section under My Contracts This section serves as a workspace for both completed and in-progress contracts. Users can return to this area at any time to make further edits, share contracts again, or view any related contract activity. The following are the possible states a contract on the Starter dashboard can have.
Contract States
Unfinished Contracts
Contracts without any label may indicate that they are still a work in progress. A user might start drafting a contract, save their changes, and return later to complete the details. To edit a contract, users can click the Edit button either from the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the contract card or by opening the contract and selecting the Edit button at the bottom. This will return the user to the original contract creation screen to make updates.

Unfilled Contracts
Contracts without labels can also indicate that they have been completed but the listed quantity has not been fully matched or filled. For example, if a contract offers 5 units for sale and only 3 have been committed to buyers, the contract remains unfilled until all units are sold. If there are active negotiations tied to an initiated contract, users can click into the contract card in the Starter section and then select the View Negotiation button to navigate to the Negotiating section and review ongoing discussions.
Filled Contracts
The Filled status indicates that all quantities listed in a contract have been fully committed to buyers, and the contract can no longer be edited. To view associated contracts, users can click the hierarchy-style icon on the starter contract card, which will pull in linked contracts from the Matched contract dashboard. This provides a quick and convenient way to identify which buyers and matched contracts are connected to each starter contract.
