Negotiating Contract

Overview

Once a contract has been shared—either through a public contract URL or a direct email invitation—external users can engage with it by joining the contract, proposing or negotiating new terms, and leaving messages. During this negotiation phase, all active contracts are stored in the Negotiating section under the My Contracts tab. This dashboard provides an overview of contracts that are either awaiting confirmation of negotiated terms or are ready to be finalized and deployed. Once both parties have agreed on the terms and confirmed the contract, it moves to a Complete state within the Negotiating dashboard. From there, users can manage the finalized contract and its lifecycle in the Matched section.
