Negotiation Statuses
Overview

External Contract
This status indicates that the negotiation is taking place on a contract created by an external party. You've joined the negotiation either by receiving a direct invitation in your inbox from an external party or by clicking on a public URL provided by the external party.
My Contract
This status indicates that the negotiation is taking place on a contract you’ve created using the New Contract tab. The negotiation began either when you sent the contract directly via email to an external party or when an external user joined the negotiation by clicking on your contract's public URL.
Ready to Deploy
This status indicates that the negotiation is awaiting your confirmation. You can view a summary of the changes made by the external party directly on the contract ticket. At this point, you have two options: you can either agree to all the proposed terms and proceed to finalize and deploy the contract, or make additional changes and send the updated contract back to the external party for further review and confirmation.
Pending Review
This status indicates that you’ve made changes to the contract terms and have sent the updated negotiation back to the external party. The negotiation is now pending their confirmation or further response. If the external party agrees to all the terms you've proposed, they can finalize and deploy the contract directly from their side.
Completed
This status indicates that the negotiation ticket has been completed, meaning both parties have finalized the terms and conditions, and an official contract has been deployed. Although the negotiation is complete, the ticket will remain in the Negotiating section for reference. To access the deployed contract, users can click the View Contract button at the top of the Negotiated Details screen. The deployed contract will be managed under the Matched section within the My Contracts tab, where both parties can oversee and manage the full lifecycle of the transaction.

Cancelled
This status indicates that you have canceled an ongoing negotiation by clicking the Cancel button located at the bottom of the negotiation ticket. Once a negotiation is canceled, the action is final and cannot be undone. The negotiation will officially end, and no further actions or changes will be possible.
