Do the contract penalties go to pZipper

Contract penalties are in place to promote fair and reliable transactions by discouraging premature cancellations. If a buyer or seller cancels a committed contract, the penalty fee goes entirely to the other party as compensation. pZipper does not keep any portion of the penalty.
