What is EIP-4337

EIP-4337 is a proposal for smart contract wallets on Ethereum that don't need traditional private keys to work. Instead of using a normal wallet, your wallet becomes a smart contract that can:

• Have custom security rules (like 2FA or recovery options)
• Let someone else pay your gas fees
• Batch multiple actions into one transaction
