Can pZipper access my funds locked in escrow from the backend

pZipper only has limited permissions related to contract state management (such as facilitating transaction status or dispute resolution). We cannot adjust, withdraw, or release any funds from your Zipper contract — unless a contract enters a specific disputed state, where both parties' actions are required to resolve it.
