Matched Contracts

Overview

matched-contracts

The Matched dashboard serves as the homepage for all users upon logging into pZipper. This dashboard displays all matched contracts that have been finalized and deployed onto the blockchain. Each ticket item on the dashboard represents an individual contract. By clicking on a ticket, users are directed to the Contract Management interface, where they can manage each stage of their transaction in accordance with the terms initially negotiated and agreed upon with their counterparty. Below, we will first walk through several additional features available within each contract ticket on the Matched dashboard. Click the Contract Management Interface link above to skip ahead to the Contract Management deep-dive.

Top-Right Additional Options

Each ticket includes a star icon and a three-dot menu that provides additional options. The star icon allows users to mark the contract as a favorite. Once marked as a favorite, the contract is automatically pinned and moved to the front of the dashboard for easier access.

The three-dot menu includes Duplicate and Report options. The Duplicate feature allows users to quickly create a new contract using the same details as those in the selected contract ticket. The Report option enables users to report contract-related issues to pZipper; however, please note that this does not include contract disputes. Any disputes must be raised through the Contract Management interface.

Filtering Options

At the top of the Matched dashboard, several filtering options are available to help users navigate contracts more efficiently. The search bar in the top left corner allows users to search by contract titles or keywords found on the contract tickets. On the top right corner, two additional filters are provided: one for filtering contracts by their status, and another for prioritizing contracts with unread updates, making it easier for users to stay on top of recent activity.

Ticket Body

The main body of each matched contract ticket displays several key pieces of information about the contract. This includes the contract title and a brief description, along with the finalized contract price, quantity, and the counterparty involved. Additionally, a time indicator at the bottom shows how much time remains in the current contract status. For a more detailed breakdown of the various contract statuses and their meanings, please refer to the Contract Management section of this guide.
