Public Contract
Joining from Public Contract URL
When an external user clicks on a shared contract URL, they are directed to a dedicated page that displays all the contract details as defined by the contract creator (see screenshot below). On this page, the user can clearly see whether they would be participating as a buyer or a seller if they choose to join the contract. If interested in proposing changes, the user can click the Negotiate button at the bottom of the page, which opens the contract creation screen. Here, they can suggest new terms—limited to those that have not been locked by the contract creator. Once the user finishes proposing changes, they can send the updated contract back to the creator for approval or further negotiation. All contracts in this negotiation phase are managed and tracked within the Negotiating dashboard.
Alternatively, the external user can choose to click the Agree button at the bottom of the screen to enter directly into the contract without proposing any changes. By doing so, they indicate full acceptance of the existing contract terms as defined by the creator. Once this action is taken, the contract will appear on the creator’s Negotiating dashboard, showing that the external party has agreed to all terms and that the contract is now ready to be finalized and deployed.
