Alternatively, users can choose to share the contract directly via email, which is especially useful when they already know who might be interested in joining. To do this, the user simply enters each recipient's email address into the designated address field. Multiple email addresses can be added, allowing the user to send the contract to several recipients at once.

Once the emails are sent, each recipient will receive the contract details in their inbox, along with a link to view the contract. From there, they can decide to join the contract as-is or respond with revised terms for negotiation (similar to the screenshot above). If a recipient is not yet a pZipper user, they will be redirected to the new user login interface to create an account before being able to access and interact with the contract.

Custom Invite Options

In the direct email sharing section, there is also a Custom Invite option that allows users to personalize the contract invitations for each recipient. This feature is particularly useful when the user wants to divide the contract quantities among multiple counterparties. By using Custom Invite, the user can specify how many units or quantities of the contract item they wish to allocate to each individual recipient. Additionally, a built-in calculator automatically updates and displays the total contract amount associated with each invitation, making it easy to track and manage the distribution.
