Email Invite

Joining from Direct Email Invite

When a contract invitation is sent directly to an external user, the contract details will appear in that user's email inbox. The recipient can then choose to join the contract or respond with negotiated terms. If the recipient does not yet have a pZipper account, they will be prompted to create one before they can interact with the contract. Once the contract enters the negotiation phase, it will be visible and manageable within the Negotiating section under the My Contracts tab. Joining a contract via email is similar to joining through a public contract URL; the key difference is that, in the case of an email invite, the contract details are delivered directly to the recipient’s inbox for immediate response.
