What happens if the contract item is lost during shipping

If an item is lost, the buyer must raise a dispute during the Buyer Protection phase. pZipper will review the evidence provided and decide whether to release funds from Zipper Contract back to the buyer. Please note that pZipper is not responsible for items lost in transit — sellers will need to follow up directly with the shipping provider.
