[Seller] Can I cancel the contract after the buyer has transferred funds into escrow

Yes; seller can cancel the contract without penalty within the first 24 hours after the buyer has locked funds in escrow. After 24 hours, seller can still cancel the contract, but would need to pay the pre-determined penalty.
