[Seller] What if I need more time to ship the contract item(s)

Yes, but only with the buyer’s approval. During the delivery phase (after funds are transferred), the seller can propose a new delivery deadline from their Contract Management screen, using the Prolong Delivery Time option. If the buyer agrees, the new deadline takes effect. If the buyer doesn’t agree, the contract will move to the next phase once the original delivery deadline passes.
